In a small mug ( one that hold about 1 cup / 250 ml volume), stir together the dry ingredients.
Add the melted coconut butter or oil and milk as well as vanilla to the dry ingredients in the mug and stir until a thick batter forms.
Drizzle the cinnamon butter swirl over the mug cake batter, then gently fold both together until only about half mixed. There should be thick ribbons of the cinnamon butter swirl throughout the batter.
Serve immediately
